Belle of the Bayou is the perfect spot for your escape from it all! This house lets you enjoy all the benefits of “lake life”. If you like to fish, or your family likes to tootle around the bayou on your boat, this is the home for you. While staying at our home, you will have access to the private boat house on property. Boat life is so much more enjoyable when your boat is parked outside of your home. We suspect that you will want to spend most of your time on the lake or outside enjoying the view of the lake. The large back deck offers gorgeous views of the lake, as well as comfortable seating options for the family. This is a favorite spot for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.

When you decide to come inside, you will be very comfortable in our newly furnished home. Belle of the Bayou is conveniently located in Benton, Louisiana. This area is peaceful and surrounded by nature. The house is nestled in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood that is surrounded by mature trees. It is a wonderful place to take a walk or play in the yard. Even though you feel miles away from a city, it is only a quick drive from Bossier City, which offers some wonderful spots for shopping and dining out. This spacious 2,400 sf home has an open living / dining / kitchen area, perfect for entertaining and relaxing.

Stunning Lakefront Home with Cozy Amenities and Family-Friendly Features

You can enjoy views of the lake from inside the house or you can have fun playing board games. You can also cozy up to the indoor fireplace or enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the smart tv. The back deck of the home has a gas grill and outdoor seating. There is also a custom designed courtyard area off to the side of the house with a fire pit for toasting s’mores. The slide in the backyard is always a favorite for the The sleeping accommodations in this house are roomy and provide privacy. The primary bedroom is a King Suite, with a bathroom en-suite with a walk-in shower and a soaking bathtub. Two additional bedrooms have a queen bed each. The fourth bedroom has a two teepee beds with twin mattresses. A full bathroom, with a tiled shower/bathtub combo is located between the three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a smart tv to stream your favorite shows or kids can plug in their gaming consoles. There is also a half bath located near the main living room.

My family has stayed in almost every building and many different condos in High Pointe and this by far was our favorite! So many great touches - hooks everywhere to hang suits and towels (huge plus), beach chairs in the closets to use, sand toys to use, and even beach towels if you forgot those. We love High Pointe and will be back next year to this condo!

This is a nicely decorated, updated, immaculate place to stay in a great location on 30A! The owner made check in and out a breeze and was available by text and email if we had a question. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The beach is not nearly as crowded at this resort as it is on the surrounding properties, which we loved! The sunsets from the deck at Crabby Steve’s were breathtaking!

We had a lovely time, very relaxing, and amazing amenities. This was our first time on 30A for Spring Break. We have a teenage daughter and we knew a ton of her friends would be there. We were anxious about crowds, but Highpointe Resort is quiet, has a private beach area, and the only restaurant on the beach. Crabby Steve's!!

I can’t begin to say how incredible this condo was furnished and decorated! Every little detail was thought of! Beds were super comfortable, TV’s were great, loved the bathroom toiletries, and the kitchen appeared to be fully stocked (even though we went out to eat every meal). If the weather had even been half as great as the condo was, this would’ve been a PERFECT vacation!
